Bath Tune-Up Midlothian and West End is growing at an exciting pace, and we’re looking for a motivated Territory Representative to join our team! What You'll Do:
- Prequalify warm leads through pre-appointment phone calls
- Conduct in-home consultations and present tailored solutions
- Sell based on service and solution—not product or price
- Communicate updates with clients and ensure a smooth project experience
Who You Are:
- Confident in a consultative sales role (or similar experience)
- Strong listener who can identify needs and recommend tailored solutions to client needs
- Self-motivated and comfortable managing a territory and schedule independently
- In-home sales experience preferred
- Creative problem-solver with strong attention to detail
