Bath Tune-Up is growing at an exciting pace, and we’re looking for a motivated Territory Representative to join our team! If you’re career-minded, eager to learn, and looking for a stable, well-paying opportunity, this is your chance to grow with a high-quality brand.
We Offer:
- $60,000–$80,000 annually (base + bonus opportunities)
- Flexible schedule — part-time or full-time (you create your schedule)
- 10% work from home, 90% attending in-home client appointments
- Performance-based incentives (consultant of the month, referral bonuses)
What You'll Do:
- Prequalify warm leads through pre-appointment phone calls
- Conduct in-home consultations and present tailored solutions
- Sell based on service and solution—not product or price
- Communicate updates with clients and ensure a smooth project experience
Who You Are:
- Confident in a consultative sales role (or similar experience)
- Strong listener who can identify needs and recommend tailored solutions to client needs
- Self-motivated and comfortable managing a territory and schedule independently
- In-home sales experience preferred
- Creative problem-solver with strong attention to detail
