What You'll Get:
- Control over your schedule with generous paid time off.
- $70,000 to $90,000 includes commission and bonuses.
- Annual performance review with potential for base pay increase.
- 6-month direct track to Sales Manager (if desired).
- Provided design training so you are well-prepared to help our customers.
- Speak to the owner at any time. We want you to feel comfortable working in a non-toxic environment.
What You'll Do:
- Manage lead flow and client projects from beginning to end.
- Have confidence to ask for the sale, be persistent in follow-up, and have a strong desire to succeed.
- Generate leads at home shows and other networking, industry, and local events.
What You Have:
- Optimistic and enthusiastic with a friendly personality
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable to working in clients’ homes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
