Seeking a contractor to partner with for an ongoing pipeline of projects. This is a 1099 position.
Contractor's License; General Liability Insurance; Worker's Comp Insurance
Bathroom Remodel to include demolition (of existing bath space), Bathtub, Shower, Flooring, Countertops, Tile, Shower Glass Door, Plumbing, Electrical; subcontractors provide own supplies (bolts, grout, etc), not materials (shower, tub, tile, fixtures, etc.).

Pay is 20% upfront and remaining balance at project completion
