Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with qualified leads in their homes to understand project needs and offer solutions.
- Present proposals and confidently guide clients through the decision-making process.
- Follow up consistently with leads to close deals—no ghosting allowed!
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and communicate regularly with clients.
- Hit monthly sales targets and celebrate your wins with the team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven ability to sell and close in a consultative environment.
- Comfortable with in-home client meetings and building quick rapport.
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable.
- Tech-savvy with a smartphone and basic computer skills.
