What You'll Do:
- Install tubs, showers, vanities, cabinets, doors, and more with precision.
- Perform demolition tasks to prepare spaces for new installations.
- Organize tools and materials efficiently at job sites.
- Reface cabinets and install cabinet doors, drawer fronts, and rollout trays.
- Repair, sand, paint, and finish wood cabinets to achieve professional-grade results.
- Perform light construction tasks, including trim work and cabinetry upgrades.
- Follow company guidelines to maintain high-quality standards.
- Keep workspaces clean and safe, leaving clients' homes spotless.
- Collaborate with the project manager to provide progress updates.
What You Bring:
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to lift heavy items and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Experience with power tools (saws, routers, nail guns, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Previous remodeling or construction experience is a plus—but training is available for the right candidate!
