Your Role at a Glance
As a Bath & Kitchen Sales Designer, you’ll guide clients from the initial consultation through to closing the deal and handing off projects for remodeling.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build relationships with clients, understand their needs, and create tailored design solutions.
- Conduct onsite measurements, gather project specifics, and capture “before” photos.
- Develop layouts and proposals using design software (we provide training).
- Present proposals with confidence, follow up on leads, and close sales professionally.
- Manage client interactions and project details in our CRM system.
- Process payments accurately and ensure financial details are handled discreetly.
- Represent our brand at community events and trade shows occasionally.

- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn design software.
