As a Bathroom Installer, you’ll play a key role in transforming bathroom spaces through remodeling projects in homes across our community. Whether you're an experienced remodeler or a construction professional eager to learn new techniques, this is your chance to build a rewarding and stable career.

What You'll Do:

  • Demolition: Safely remove tubs, shower areas, and other bathroom components as needed.
  • Installation: Install new tubs, shower pans, tiles, wall panels, vanities, bathroom accessories, and perform light construction tasks such as trim work.
  • Material Handling: Transport materials to job sites and securely set up tools and equipment.
  • Project Excellence: Complete tasks efficiently while maintaining top-quality workmanship.
  • Site Cleanup: Leave client homes clean, safe, and ready for use after every project.
Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Physically capable of lifting heavy objects.
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and provide innovative solutions to challenges.
  • Ability to safely operate power tools such as saws, routers, planers, and nail guns.
  • Previous remodeling experience is a plus but not required – we’ll train the right candidate.
Ideal Candidates:

  • Available for full-time work, Monday through Friday, with occasional late or weekend hours.
  • Detail-oriented with pride in craftsmanship.
  • Creative, with a problem-solving mindset.
