As a Bathroom Installer, you'll play a vital role in completing bathroom remodeling projects in homes across our community. Whether you’re an experienced remodeler or a construction professional eager to learn new techniques, this is an excellent opportunity to build a stable and rewarding career.

What You'll Do:
- Demolition Work: Safely remove tub, shower areas, and entire bathroom components as required.
- Installation Tasks: Install new tubs, shower pans, tile, wall panels, vanities, bathroom accessories, and complete light construction tasks like trim work.
- Material Handling: Transport materials to job sites and ensure tools and equipment are set up securely.
- Project Excellence: Execute tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Site Cleanup: Leave client homes clean, safe, and ready for use after every project.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Physical capability to lift heavy objects.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and bring innovative solutions to challenges.
- Ability to safely operate power tools, including saws, routers, planers, and nail guns.
- Previous remodeling experience is a plus but not required – we’ll train the right candidate.
Ideal Candidates:
- Are available to work full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional late or weekend hours.
- Have excellent attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
- Thrive on creativity and innovative problem-solving.
