- Coordinate timely delivery of project materials.
- Be respectful of the client’s house, be the first one to reach and the last to leave.
- Review installation details and coordinate project timeline with partners and installers.
- Ensure that proper protection is laid on the ground and that the premises are always in clean condition.
- Arrange for delivery of materials to the job site and follow all the directions provided by the office and the client.
- Responsible for the demolition of the existing tiles and removal of all debris to the dump.
- Installation of drywall and waterproofing materials.
- Painting.
- Manage the hourly general labor/ helper.
- Inspect the completion of the project and forward feedback to the owner/ Project Manager and other team members.
- Coordinate subcontractors and team members and follow the schedule.
- Help in the creation of and maintain schedules to make sure upcoming events are communicated, tracked, so they can be proactively managed and updated in our CRM.
- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day fieldwork to ensure it is conducted according to our company “Trustpoints”, within the scope of the contract, within budget, and compliant with codes and ordinances.
- Conduct regular operations meetings involving:
- Implementation of new programs or safety procedures
- Address procedure questions or concerns
- Recognition of excellent work performance of helpers, partners and team members
- Incorporate team ideas and suggestions to continually elevate the experience provided to clients.
- Valid driver’s license with reliable own vehicle.
- Ability to lift heavy objects.
- Ability to envision and implement innovative solutions.
- Residential remodeling or construction experience needed.
- Effective in coordination and multitasking.
- Courteous, responsible and gets along with others.
- Strong problem-solving skills and effectiveness at communicating project details and potential challenges to team members and Project Manager.
- Are available to work full time, Monday-Friday.
- Are available to occasionally work late or limited weekend hours to complete projects in a timely fashion.
- Are well-versed in remodeling procedures and able to coordinate with partners and other professionals of different disciplines to achieve outstanding results.
- Have great organization skills.
- Are innovative and prefer working in unconventional ways or on tasks that require creativity.
